Community Classes

Our Community Classes are group workouts open to everyone. No membership required. Led by certified personal trainers, our classes focus on strength, conditioning, and building a supportive training environment where everyone can show up, work hard, and make progress.

Classes are available in 45-minute and 60-minute formats. We offer a variety of strength-focused classes, including:

  • Total Body Training

  • Upper Body Strength

  • Lower Body Strength

  • Boxing & Conditioning

What to Expect

Our classes are intentionally small to provide a more personalized experience while still creating the energy and accountability of a group setting. No contracts. No auto-renewals. We offer two intro options so you can try our classes and find the option that works best for you.

  • Maximum of 10 participants per class

  • Boxing & Conditioning classes capped at 5–6 participants

  • Minimum of 3 participants required for class to run

Nutrition 101: Let’s Talk Food

Nutrition 101 is a weekly educational class focused on building healthy, sustainable habits.

Led by Rebecca, each session covers practical topics like macros, protein intake, meal prep, balanced eating, and more. These discussions are informative, conversational, and open to everyone. No pressure. No judgment.
