TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Sessions:
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited.

Sessions do not expire, are non-refundable, and are transferable to another person.

All cancellations should be made through the Mindbody app.
If you’re canceling within the 24-hour window, please notify your trainer directly via text or email.

Community Classes & Infrared Sauna Sessions:
A 12-hour notice is required to cancel community classes or sauna sessions.

Please cancel through the Mindbody app, even if it’s a late cancellation. This allows another client on the waitlist to attend, as space is limited.

2. Hold Policy

If you hold a permanent, recurring time slot for personal training and need to take time off (due to illness, vacation, or personal reasons), we require the following to reserve your spot:

  • A specific return date, and

  • Either valid sessions remaining or a non-refundable 50% deposit (applied to your next package).

If you take a break without a return date, valid sessions, or a deposit, your time slot may be released to another client. Please note: a return to your original time slot is not guaranteed, though we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative when you’re ready to return.

3. Snow Day Policy

Personal Training:
The 24-hour cancellation policy is waived during inclement weather, with the exception of virtual sessions, which continue as scheduled. Your safety is our priority.

If you’d prefer to meet virtually instead, that can be arranged at a reduced virtual session rate.

Community Classes:
In the event of bad weather, any class cancellations will be:

  • Announced via Instagram, and

  • Accompanied by a cancellation email sent through the Mindbody app.

4. Group Sessions

To receive group session pricing, all group members must be present. If a member can’t attend:

  • You may still attend at the single session rate (drop-in or package).

  • If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, the remaining participant may still attend at the group rate.

If you choose to attend solo, the session is considered a single session, not a group session. You’re also welcome to invite someone new to join you — they don’t need to be an existing client.

All group cancellations should be communicated via group text with your trainer and group partner(s).

5. Infrared Sauna Policy

Please bring a beach or bath towel to your sauna session, and remember to stay hydrated before and after!

6. Footwear & Hygiene Policy

To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all members:

  • Socks and/or shoes are required at all times in the facility, including during classes and personal training sessions.

  • Bare feet are not permitted. This policy helps prevent the spread of common infections such as athlete’s foot and ringworm, and ensures all members feel comfortable in shared spaces.

  • Shoes must be clean, indoor-only footwear.

  • Grippy socks are recommended for certain workouts, but not required.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our space healthy, respectful, and sanitary.

7. Session Conversion & Refund Policy

Personal Training and Community Classes are billed and managed separately and are not interchangeable.

  • Personal training sessions cannot be converted into community classes, and vice versa.

  • Personal training packages are trainer-specific and cannot be shared between trainers.

Example:
If you purchase a 5-session personal training package and use 3, the remaining 2 sessions cannot be applied toward community classes.

Refunds:
Once a personal training package or class pack has been used and the trainer has been paid, we’re unable to issue refunds for packages or sessions that have already occurred. As a small business working with independent contractors, our model does not permit refunds after services have been rendered.

8. Payment Policy

All payments are processed via the Mindbody app at the time of booking.
We accept credit cards and cash as payment options.
No refunds.
