Community Classes
Our Community Classes are group workouts open to everyone. No membership required. Each class combines bodyweight movements, functional training, strength work, boxing, conditioning, and core exercises in a supportive, motivating environment with certified personal trainers.
There are no contracts and no auto-renewals. We offer two intro offers so you can try our classes and choose the option that fits you best.
All classes are booked through Mindbody. We recommend downloading the Mindbody app, creating an account, and booking your first class. It’s quick and easy!
A minimum of 3 participants is required to run a class. Class sizes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 participants per class. Boxing and Conditioning classes are capped at 5–6 participants.
Classes are available in 45-minute and 60-minute formats.
Nutrition 101: Let’s Talk food
Nutrition 101 is a weekly, relaxed educational class focused on building healthy, sustainable habits. Led by Rebecca, each session covers practical topics like macros, protein intake, meal prep, balanced eating, and more. These discussions are informative, conversational, and open to all, no pressure, no judgment.
