Workout with your friends or family while still keeping it personal! Small group training is where you can experience the benefits of personal training with a little hint of group fitness at an affordable rate. These sessions consist of individualized workouts for you and your group

Can’t make it in person? No problem! We can train via Zoom or FaceTime. These sessions will be based on the equipment you have at home. No equipment at home? That’s okay too! Body weight exercises are just as effective!

Can't make it in? We got you. Packages only available for one on one training
Group fitness classes are open to EVERYONE! A combination of body-weight exercises, functional training, strength training, boxing, and core work. Work out with weights! Get ready to push limits!

Anyone can join! Must have a minimum of 3 people to hold the class. Maximum of 10 people per class. (Boxing max is 6 people per class)

As a NASM certified Nutrition Coach, I will evaluate your eating patterns (dietary habits) and help identify triggers and areas of improvement around your daily nutrition. I will coach you on setting and accomplishing goals, provide non-judgmental support, and help maintain new habits and behaviors to ensure success. I will educate on proper nutrition and create custom plans based on your specific goals.
