With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Katie brings a unique blend of experience as an athlete, teacher, and mother to her work as a Certified Personal Trainer. After becoming a mom, she was inspired to specialize in pre/postnatal fitness and Pilates, earning certifications that allow her to design safe, effective, and empowering workouts for all stages of life. She creates well-rounded, fun, and engaging classes that not only build strength and confidence but also support long-term wellness for every body.
