Hi! My name is darcy!
I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2020 and began teaching group fitness classes in the past year.
As a lifelong athlete and active mom of two energetic boys, i’m passionate about staying strong and moving in all kids of ways. While strength training is my foundation, I am able to be challenged through different fitness modalities—Pilates, yoga, running, biking, and pickleball are some of my favorites.
Before becoming a trainer, I was a kindergarten teacher, and I truly enjoy blending my love of teaching with my passion for fitness to help others feel confident, capable, and strong.
I am so excited to be joining the Primal Fit community and working with all of you.
